How does Supa work?

Supa suggests meals based on the ingredients in the user’s kitchen so they can cook with what they already have.

How do I add groceries?

You can add items manually in the app, or scan receipts so ingredients are added automatically.

How do subscriptions work?

Supa Plus subscriptions are managed through Apple and billed through your Apple ID account. Subscription payments and renewals are handled directly by Apple.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Supa → Cancel Subscription and cancel from there in your Apple subscription settings.

How do I restore my subscription?

Open the app and use Restore Purchases in the subscription area. This re-syncs your active Apple subscription with your account.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds for subscriptions are handled directly by Apple. You can request a refund by visiting: https://reportaproblem.apple.com

How do I delete my account?

To request account deletion, please contact support at [email protected]. Once we receive your request, your Supa account and associated data will be permanently deleted in accordance with our privacy policy.
