Boil spaghetti for 10 minutes until tender, then drain.
Heat cooking oil and cook garlic and anchovy paste for 1 minute.
Add tomato sauce, capers, salt, and black pepper and simmer for 6 minutes.
Toss with spaghetti and finish with parsley.
