Chop artichoke, drain cannellini beans, and mince garlic.
Boil penne in salted water for 11 minutes.
Cook garlic and artichoke in cooking oil for 3 minutes, then add beans and spinach for 3 minutes.
Toss with penne, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
