Boil the orzo for 8 minutes until just tender, then drain.
Chop the artichoke and spinach and mince the garlic.
Mix orzo, artichoke, spinach, cream cheese, milk, garlic, salt, and black pepper in a baking dish.
Top with mozzarella and bake at 190°C / 375°F for 18 minutes until bubbling.
