40 gFeta Cheese
2 eggsChicken eggs
160 gTomatoes
4 gGarlic
1.5 tspOlive oil
Combine the tomatoes, garlic, brined white cheese, and olive oil in a small baking dish. Bake at 200°C / 400°F for 10 minutes until the tomatoes soften.
Crack in the eggs and bake again at 200°C / 400°F for 6-8 minutes until the whites are set and the yolks are still a little soft.
