Cook the chicken in a pan until fully cooked, then shred or chop it.
Mix the chicken with the corn, black beans, onion, and half of the tomato sauce.
Fill and fold the tortillas, arrange them in a baking dish, spoon over the remaining tomato sauce, and top with mozzarella.
Bake at 200°C / 400°F until the tortillas are hot and the cheese is melted and lightly golden.
