150 gWhite fish
80 gCherry Tomato

1 gDried oregano
2 tspOlive oil

Preheat the oven to 200C/400F.
Pat the white fish fillet dry with paper towels and place it in a small baking dish.
Scatter the halved cherry tomatoes and chopped garlic around and on top of the fish.
Drizzle the fish and tomatoes with olive oil and lemon juice, then sprinkle with dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
Bake for 15–18 minutes, until the fish flakes easily with a fork and is opaque in the center.
Let rest for 2 minutes before serving, spooning the tomato juices over the fish.
