Mix breadcrumbs, parmesan, garlic, parsley, salt, and black pepper.
Flatten beef, add the filling, roll tightly, and secure if needed.
Brown the rolls in cooking oil, then add tomato paste and beef broth.
Simmer covered for 35 minutes.
Cook polenta with water for 15 minutes, then finish with butter and serve with the sliced beef.
