Cook jasmine rice with water and salt for 15 minutes, then stir in half the sesame oil.
Mix soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, remaining sesame oil, and black pepper.
Coat beef in the sauce and sear in cooking oil for 5 minutes.
Add zucchini and cook for 4 minutes until just tender.
