Cook Noodles in salted boiling water until just tender; reserve a splash of cooking water and drain.
Cook Garlic, Beef, and Cabbage in Cooking oil until the meat is browned and the vegetables soften.
Stir in Soy Sauce and cook until the sauce comes together.
Add the drained Noodles and toss until evenly coated.
Season with Black Pepper.
