Preheat the oven to 200°C / 400°F.
Mix Ground Beef, Chicken eggs, Breadcrumbs, Garlic, Salt, and Black Pepper into meatballs.
Roast Eggplant with Cooking oil at 200°C / 400°F for 12 minutes, then add Tomatoes, Onion, and Oregano.
Nestle in the meatballs, top with Mozzarella cheese, and bake at 200°C / 400°F for 20 minutes.
