Beef Mushroom Noodle Bake

Boil noodles until tender, then drain.

Brown beef in butter with salt and black pepper.

Add onion, garlic, and mushrooms and cook until browned.

Combine with cream and noodles, top with cheddar, and bake at 190°C / 375°F until melted.
