Preheat the oven to 200°C / 400°F.
Cook Polenta in Water with Salt for 10 minutes.
Cook Ground Beef, Mushrooms, Tomatoes, Onion, Garlic, Butter, Cooking oil, Thyme, and Black Pepper, then spoon Polenta over the filling.
Bake the assembled dish at 200°C / 400°F for 16 minutes until hot and cooked through.
