Mix flour, eggs, water, butter, and salt into a soft dough.
Rest dough for 25 minutes.
Boil potato for 14 minutes and mash.
Cook onion and ground beef in butter for 9 minutes, then season with black pepper.
Combine beef with mashed potato, then wrap filling in dough circles.
Bake at 200°C / 400°F for 22 minutes until browned.
