Cook buckwheat with water and salt for 18 minutes.
Sear beef patties with black pepper for 4 minutes per side, then break into large pieces.
Cook onion and cabbage in butter for 8 minutes.
Add Worcestershire sauce and the cooked beef pieces.
Fold in buckwheat and serve.
