Preheat the oven to 200°C / 400°F.
Cook Polenta in Water with Salt for 10 minutes.
Cook Ground Beef, Tomatoes, Carrot, Onion, Garlic, Cooking oil, Paprika, Black Pepper, and top with Polenta and Cheddar Cheese.
Bake the assembled dish at 200°C / 400°F for 18 minutes until hot and cooked through.
