Knead flour, water, egg, and salt into a smooth dough.
Rest dough for 20 minutes.
Boil diced potato in salted water for 10 minutes.
Brown beef with onion, cooking oil, black pepper, and tomatoes for 8 minutes.
Roll dough into strips, fill with beef, potato, and mozzarella, then coil into rosettes.
Bake at 190C / 374F for 24 minutes.
