Slice the beef, mushrooms, and onion and mince the garlic.
Boil the pasta for 10 minutes until tender, then drain.
Melt butter and sear beef for 4 minutes, then remove it.
Cook onion, garlic, and mushrooms for 7 minutes, then stir in sour cream, beef, salt, and black pepper and toss with pasta.
