180 gMarinara sauce
5 gChili powder

Cook buckwheat with water and salt for 18 minutes.
Cook onion and garlic in cooking oil for 4 minutes.
Add black beans, marinara sauce, chili powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
Simmer for 10 minutes.
Serve the chili beans over buckwheat.
