Soak bread in half the milk, then squeeze it lightly and crumble it.
Saute onion and garlic in cooking oil until soft.
Add ground beef, curry powder, turmeric, salt, and black pepper, then cook until browned.
Stir in soaked bread, raisins, and apple cider vinegar, then spread the mixture into a baking dish.
Whisk chicken eggs with remaining milk, pour over the beef, and bake at 180°C / 350°F until set.
