
A quick breakfast quesadilla with eggs and melted cheese that cooks in one pan.
2 eggsChicken eggs
45 gCheddar Cheese
90 gTortillas
1 tspOlive oil
Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt. Heat half of the olive oil in a frying pan and cook the eggs, stirring, until softly set.
Transfer the eggs to a plate. Add the remaining oil, place one tortilla in the pan, scatter over the cheese and eggs, top with the second tortilla, and cook until golden on both sides and the cheese melts.
