0.5 tspButter
4 gDark Chocolate
1 tspWater
2 gCocoa powder
In a very small thick-bottomed saucepan, stir all the sweetened condensed milk and sifted cocoa until smooth. Add all the butter and put over low heat.
Cook for 3-6 minutes, stirring and scraping the bottom and sides constantly. Stop when the mixture is thick and moves as a soft mass, and a spatula drawn through it leaves the pan bottom visible briefly. Use this texture rather than cooking until hard; do not let it scorch.
Scrape the entire mixture onto a small parchment-lined plate. Cool for 20 minutes, then refrigerate for 20 minutes until firm enough to roll. Finely grate all the dark chocolate onto a small plate.
Lightly moisten your palms with the measured water. Divide all the cooled mixture into three equal pieces and roll gently into balls. Coat them with all the grated chocolate and place together in one small dessert bowl. All three sweets make one portion.
