Pat the shrimp dry, season with salt and black pepper, and toss with minced garlic and olive oil.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and opaque, then remove from heat and let cool slightly.
In a bowl, toss chopped romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing and lemon juice until evenly coated.
