Preheat the oven to 200°C / 400°F.
Toss Cannellini Beans, Mushrooms, Garlic, Cooking oil, Salt, and Black Pepper in a baking dish.
Bake at 200°C / 400°F for 16 minutes.
Fold in Spinach and Cream, top with Parmesan cheese, and bake at 200°C / 400°F for 8 minutes more.
