300 gTomato Sauce
9 gGaram Masala
3 gTurmeric

Cook Onion, Garlic, Ginger, and Cauliflower in Cooking oil until softened.
Stir in Garam Masala and Turmeric and cook for 1 minute.
Pour in Tomato Sauce and Red Lentils and bring to a steady simmer.
Simmer for 8 minutes until the flavors come together.
Stir in Cream, then season with Salt and Black Pepper.
