Boil pasta and cauliflower together for 10 minutes until tender, then drain.
Melt butter and cook garlic for 1 minute.
Add milk and parmesan and simmer for 3 minutes until lightly thickened.
Toss in pasta and cauliflower and season with salt and black pepper.
