Bring a small pot of water to a boil, add the spaghetti, and cook until al dente according to package directions, about 8–10 minutes.
Drain the spaghetti well and return it to the warm pot; add the margarine and toss until the pasta is lightly coated.
Pour the marinara sauce over the warm spaghetti, place the pot over low heat, and stir until the sauce is heated through, about 2–3 minutes.
Stir in the shredded mozzarella cheese until it melts and the spaghetti is evenly coated and creamy.
Transfer the cheesy marinara spaghetti to a bowl and sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top before serving.
