Combine milk, sweetened condensed milk, salt, vanilla, and chia seeds, then chill until thickened.
In a bowl, whisk the milk with the sweetened condensed milk, a pinch of salt, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Stir in the chia seeds, mixing well so the seeds are evenly dispersed and not clumped together.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate until the mixture thickens to a pudding consistency, stirring once halfway through chilling.
Stir the chia pudding once more before serving and adjust sweetness if needed.
