Cook buckwheat with water and salt for 18 minutes.
Finely chop chicken and mix with breadcrumbs, chicken eggs, onion, salt, and black pepper.
Shape into meatballs and brown in butter for 8 minutes.
Add cream and simmer for 7 minutes until meatballs are cooked through.
