Preheat the oven to 200°C / 400°F.
Toss Potato, Corn, Garlic, Cooking oil, Salt, and Black Pepper in a baking dish.
Place Chicken breasts on top and pour Cream around them.
Bake at 200°C / 400°F for 32 minutes, then top with Cheddar Cheese and bake for 6 minutes.
