Cook the rice with water and salt for 16 minutes.
Slice the chicken breasts and sear with cooking oil, paprika, onion, bell pepper, and black pepper for 8 minutes.
Mix the chicken and vegetables with the cooked rice in a baking dish and top with cheddar cheese.
Bake at 190°C / 375°F for 15 minutes, then serve with sour cream.
