Slice the chicken breast and leek into bite-size pieces.
Boil the penne in salted water for 11 minutes until al dente.
Sear chicken in cooking oil for 6 minutes, then add leek and cook for 5 minutes.
Add cream and parmesan, simmer for 3 minutes, then toss with penne, salt, and black pepper.
