Brown Chicken thighs in Cooking oil with Ginger and Garlic until the surface is browned.
Stir in Miso paste and cook for 1 minute.
Pour in Water, Mushrooms, and Cabbage and bring to a steady simmer.
Braise for 40 minutes until the chicken thighs is tender.
