Cut the chicken breasts into bite-size pieces and season with salt and black pepper.
Boil the penne for 8 minutes until barely tender, then drain.
Cook the chicken and garlic in a skillet for 6 minutes until browned.
Mix penne, chicken, pesto, and cream in a baking dish, top with mozzarella, and bake at 190°C / 375°F for 15 minutes.
