Preheat the oven to 200°C / 400°F.
Toss Potato, Mushrooms, Onion, Garlic, Cooking oil, Salt, and Black Pepper in a baking dish.
Nestle Chicken thighs on top and pour in Cream and Chicken Broth.
Bake at 200°C / 400°F for 40 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and potatoes are tender.
