Boil pasta for 10 minutes, adding broccoli for the last 3 minutes, then drain.
Season chicken tenders with salt and black pepper and sear in cooking oil for 4 minutes per side.
Melt butter with milk and cheddar cheese for 3 minutes, then toss with pasta and broccoli and serve with chicken.
