Preheat the oven to 200°C / 400°F.
Cook Chickpeas, Artichoke, Tomatoes, Onion, Garlic, Cooking oil, Oregano, Salt, and Black Pepper for 7 minutes.
Fold in Spinach and top with Goat Cheese.
