Cook buckwheat with water and salt for 18 minutes.
Mash chickpeas with breadcrumbs, chicken eggs, garlic, salt, and black pepper.
Shape into patties and fry in cooking oil for 4 minutes per side.
Mix Greek yogurt with dill into a sauce.
