0.75 cupCoconut Milk
6 gCurry powder
1 tbspCooking oil

To tasteBlack Pepper
Cook rice with water and salt for 16 minutes.
Sauté garlic and curry powder in cooking oil for 1 minute.
Add cauliflower, chickpeas, coconut milk, and black pepper and simmer for 14 minutes.
Serve the curry over rice.
