0.75 cupWater
25 gFlour
1.5 tbspLemon Juice
3 gCumin

Mash chickpeas with egg, flour, cumin, salt, and black pepper, then shape patties.
Bring water to a boil, stir in couscous, cover, and let stand for 5 minutes.
Fry chickpea patties in cooking oil for 4 minutes per side.
Fold cucumber, Greek yogurt, and lemon juice into couscous and serve with patties.
