Preheat the oven to 190°C / 375°F.
Cook Onion, Garlic, Cooking oil, Chickpeas, Tomatoes, Oregano, Salt, and Black Pepper for 7 minutes.
Stir in Spinach until wilted, then fold in Greek Yogurt.
Layer the filling with Tortillas and Feta Cheese, then bake at 190°C / 375°F for 18 minutes.
