Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
Melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil in a heat-proof bowl using a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
Add the whole almonds to the melted chocolate and stir until every nut is thoroughly coated.
Use a fork to lift the almonds out and place them individually onto a parchment-lined tray.
Season with a tiny sprinkle of sea salt while the chocolate is still wet.
Place the tray in the refrigerator until the chocolate is firm and fully set.
