Beat chicken eggs with 60 g sugar until thick and pale.
Fold in flour, 50 g melted chocolate, and 60 ml milk.
Bake at 180 C / 350 F for 18 minutes, then cool and cut into squares.
Simmer remaining chocolate, milk, and sugar for 3 minutes and sandwich between the squares.
