Clean the clams, slice the mushrooms, and mince the garlic.
Sauté mushrooms in cooking oil for 6 minutes until browned.
Add orzo, garlic, white wine, and 250 ml water, then simmer for 10 minutes.
Add clams, cover for 5 minutes, then finish with butter, salt, and black pepper.
