Clean clams and mince garlic and parsley.
Boil penne in salted water for 11 minutes.
Cook garlic in cooking oil for 1 minute, then simmer tomato sauce for 5 minutes.
Add clams and cover for 5 minutes, then toss with penne, parsley, salt, and black pepper.
