
Tender cottage cheese bagels with sugar crust.

50 gCottage Cheese
0.5 cupFlour
1 gBaking Powder
25 gSugar
Mix the flour with baking powder and a pinch of salt, grate in the cold butter, add the cottage cheese and work the dough until smooth. Cover and chill until firm.
Roll out the chilled dough, cut it into a circle, mix the sugar with vanilla and sprinkle the dough generously, then divide it into triangles.

Roll each triangle into a bagel, place on baking paper, sprinkle with the remaining sugar and bake until lightly golden.
Let the bagels cool, then dust with powdered sugar if desired.
