Boil spaghetti until al dente, then drain.
Cut chicken breasts into bite-size pieces and season lightly.
Heat olive oil in a skillet, saute onion and garlic for 2 minutes, then add chicken and sear until cooked through.
Add milk, processed cheese, and lemon juice, then stir until a smooth sauce forms.
