Cook the pasta until almost done while you prepare the sauce.
Cut the fish into small cubes and finely chop the onion and garlic. Fry the onion and garlic in olive oil, add a pinch of sugar and black pepper, then add the fish and cook briefly. Add lemon juice and cook for another minute.
Add a little pasta cooking water to the pan, then stir in the cream cheese to form a smooth sauce. Add the pasta and cook together over medium heat until the sauce coats it well. Taste and add salt if needed.
