Rinse lentils, slice mushrooms, and mince garlic.
Simmer brown lentils in 250 ml water for 16 minutes until tender.
Boil pasta in salted water for 10 minutes.
Brown mushrooms in cooking oil for 6 minutes, then add garlic, cream, lentils, parmesan, pasta, salt, and black pepper for 3 minutes.
