5 gGarlic
6 gBasil
1 tspLemon Juice
1.5 tspOlive oil
Boil the penne in salted water until al dente. Reserve a little pasta water and drain.
Warm the olive oil, cook the garlic for 30 seconds, then add the cannellini beans with a splash of pasta water and mash part of them into a creamy sauce.
